Outside Canada
ASTM E2018-24 (building condition) and ASTM E1527-21 (Phase I ESA) are international standards, so a report written to them is read the same way by lenders in any market. We take engagements outside Canada on that basis, mobilising to the site and, where local law requires a locally licensed engineer of record, associating with one.
